February 2025 brought DSR request pausing, data discovery support for Google BigQuery and Microsoft SQL Server, and more!
Welcome to DataGrail’s monthly release notes. After a massive January release, February gave us some breathing room to knock out a few highly requested customer features and add data discovery for some Big(query) data sources.
Let’s get into it.
New to the DataGrail Privacy Platform in February
Pause Request Processing
Occasionally, customers need to temporarily suspend processing of a data request for legal considerations, internal discussions, or when additional information is required.
The Pause Request feature now provides an intuitive way to pause requests in the DSR wizard, improving compliance workflows and ensuring proper handling of complex cases.
Once paused, a banner will appear at the top of a paused request, clearly indicating its status. All pause actions, including the selected reason and timestamp, are also automatically captured in the request activity logs for comprehensive audit trails.
