If combined with DataGrail’s opt-out form, the solution may help you honor opt-out requests concerning data sold for offline and electronic marketing uses. If you are exchanging and/or selling data on the backend or offline via files using proprietary identifiers, please bring this to your Customer Success Manager’s attention so we could determine whether those use cases can be supported.

It is important to note that the CCPA/CPRA require that covered business offer at least two methods to collect consumer opt-outs unless the business operates online only and their data selling/sharing practices can be addressed wholly through user-initiated preference signals like GPC in a “frictionless manner”.
