Why are DSRs increasing?
Consumers are becoming more aware of their rights and are actively exercising control over their personal data. In the past two years, 14 states enacted data privacy laws, with more on the horizon. This trend, combined with intensified enforcement actions, growing media coverage of privacy issues, and an uptick in data deletion companies is driving consumers to act.
