Create a Board-Ready Enterprise AI Agent Governance Policy

As generative AI tools move from experimentation to everyday operations, organizations are facing a new kind of governance problem. Personal AI agents can now connect directly to internal systems, ingest sensitive data, and act autonomously across workflows. 

But in many companies, the rules governing what these tools can access, and who approves that access, still live in scattered docs, word of mouth, or nowhere at all.
