Managing privacy requests just got faster, clearer, and more intelligent.
This month’s updates to Request Manager simplify everyday workflows, from finding opt-out requests to configuring integrations, and reviewing results. With smarter search, adaptive setup, and improved visibility across PII results, your team can work faster with greater confidence and precision.
New Opt-Out search filter
We’ve made it easier than ever to find and manage opt-out requests, helping teams stay in control and move with confidence.
What’s new:
- Instantly locate any opt-out request by typing part of a name or email.
- Use the search bar alongside existing filters, Status, Verification, and Location, for even more precise results.
- Enjoy a smoother, faster workflow without changing how you manage requests today.
Expanded Date Filters Across Opt Outs
We’ve made it easier to track and manage requests with new filters for Due Date and Date Added.
All date filter options are now expanded and standardized across table views, including Systems Detected, Requests Created, and more, giving teams greater control and flexibility to view activity by the timelines that matter most.
Wrapped Text in Request Manager
Review PII results faster with a small but impactful update.
What’s new:
- Long PII strings in TSV files now wrap automatically instead of truncating
- View and analyze complete results without extra scrolling or resizing.
Faster, clearer integrations
The Request Manager connection form now automatically updates based on your selected capabilities, displaying only relevant configuration options.
This new update streamlines setup, reduces complexity, and keeps you focused on execution, not configuration.
